Healthy Weight Loss Diet Plan
My husband John and I are going to take up the ZEN BODI™ System challenge starting the 7th March, 2016. We are getting our fridge and pantry organised for more sensible food rather than the high carbohydrate biscuits, pastas, rice, bread and cereals. These are a BIG no, no!! So we are going to stick with the healthy weight loss diet plan – eat more eggs, fish, Fetta cheese, fresh fruit and salad vegetables, lentils, beans, canned salmon, yoghurt and olive oil to name a few and when it arrives, we will incorporate ZEN BODI™
ZEN BODI™ System consists of Zen Fit, Zen Pro, Zen Shape – which is a whole body management system. We want to each lose 10 kgs which is about 22Lbs. in 2 months!! I dont think it is going to be an easy task but with the help of the ZEN BODI™ System and sensible eating we are certainly going to give it a go!
ZEN BODI™ System is formulated so that our blood sugar levels are taken care of and the amino acid Watermelon and Fruit Punch flavoured drink will activate our sluggish metabolism so that fat crunching is optimised while protein from the shake goes to building muscle to tone up.
John and I know it is important to keep a simple but good exercise program going daily, this will benefit the weight loss program, but we know it is important to look at ways of consuming lesser calories which should facilitate reaching our goal in 2 months. We are looking forward to reporting weekly on our progress and cant wait for ZEN BODI™
